01. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using the SkoutIn platform ("Service"), provided by SkoutIn Inc., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions, you must not access or use the platform.
02. Permitted Use & Strict Anti-Spam Policy
SkoutIn provides software tools designed exclusively for legitimate commercial, B2B business outreach, lead generation, and domain reputation maintenance. We maintain a Zero-Tolerance Policy for malicious spam:
- You must comply with the US CAN-SPAM Act, European GDPR, UK Data Protection Act, and Canadian CASL.
- Every outbound blast email must contain a functioning opt-out or 1-click unsubscribe link.
- You may not send unsolicited emails to purchased consumer email lists or harvested personal addresses.
- You may not use SkoutIn to transmit malware, phishing links, deceptive financial scams, or offensive material.
* Accounts found violating this policy are subject to immediate termination without refund.
03. Peer-to-Peer Warmup Network Cooperative
When you activate the SkoutIn Warmup engine for an SMTP account, your mailbox enters our cooperative peer-to-peer network. In this network:
- Your mailbox will automatically exchange neutral, professional B2B test templates with other verified inboxes in the pool.
- Our IMAP rescuer will monitor your designated mailbox folders (Spam, Promotions, INBOX) to rescue warmup emails and apply the MailSkout label.
- You may pause or remove any mailbox from the Warmup Pool at any time with 1 click from your Warmup Dashboard.
04. Subscription, Billing & 7-Day Refund Policy
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis via Stripe, Flutterwave, Paystack, or PayPal.
- 7-Day Refund Guarantee: If you are unsatisfied with SkoutIn within the first 7 days of your initial paid subscription, contact support@skoutin.com for a 100% full refund.
- Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Billing page. Your plan will remain active until the end of the current paid billing cycle.
05. Global Lead Vault & Public B2B Data Fair Use
The Global Lead Vault provides access to curated, publicly available business contact information indexed from commercial search directories and public business profiles. Users access, filter, and unlock these streams according to their monthly subscription quota. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your subsequent marketing communications comply with local marketing regulations in your recipients' jurisdictions.
06. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall SkoutIn Inc. or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from third-party email provider suspensions (e.g., Google or Microsoft imposing sending quotas on your domain), bounce rates caused by unverified external lists, or lost profits.
